Douxo S3 PYO Antiseptic Antifungal Shampoo is formulated with antiseptic foaming solution containing chlorhexidine and phytosphingosine salicyloyl (0.05%), lipacide c8g (2.5%) and chlorhexidine (3%). Chlorhexidine has strong antiseptic activity. Phytosphingosine salicyloyl is a modified pro-ceramide which possesses antiseborrheic properties to control cutaneous disorders associated with pyoderma. The lipo-amino-acid activity complements that of chlorhexidine. The Lipacide also acts as a moisturizing and restructuring agent by allowing a lipo-protein film to deposit on the skin. This long lasting film resists rinsing, and thus protects the skin from irritations and loss of moisture.

Wet the animal with warm water and apply Douxo S3 PYO Antiseptic Antifungal Shampoo extensively on the fur to create a rich lather. Massage the shampoo into the wet hair coat, lather freely. Allow to remain on hair coat for 5 to 10 minutes before rinsing thoroughly with clean water. To be used in the management of superficial and severe skin conditions responsive to chlorhexidine.
Overview
Directions: Use one pump for every 4 lbs. Double the dosage for long and/or thick fur. Wet with cool water from the neck down. First, gently massage shampoo onto the problem area. Repeat on entire body and leave on for 5-10 mins before rinsing. Repeat if necesary. Wash hands after use.
