In the highly unlikely event you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from AKCRx (with the exception of prescription drugs and vaccines), we will gladly accept your return for an exchange or a refund. Kindly return your unused, unopened items in their original box and/or packaging in new condition within 30 days for a replacement or refund. Returning Prescription Items.

PRESCRIPTION DRUGS ARE NOT RETURNABLE. AKCRx will not accept returns for refund or exchange on ANY prescription medication. State and Federal regulations prohibit us from accepting any prescription drugs returns, except when these drugs are subject to a recall. As your Trusted Pet Pharmacy, we uphold all pharmacy and state regulations. Returning Vaccines

VACCINES OR COLD ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE. AKCRx will not accept returns for refund or exchange on ANY Vaccines.

Missing or Damaged items:

Missing and/or damaged items should be reported to AKCRx via customercare@akcpetrx.com or call us at 888-465-2085 within 72 hours of order receipt so that we can correct your order.
