Ultra Choice 8 way blackleg vaccine. This product consists of killed, standardized cultures of Clostridium chauvoei, Cl. septicum, Cl. haemolyticum, Cl. novyi, Cl. sordellii, and Cl. perfringens types C and D, with a special, water-soluble adjuvant (Stimugen™).

What is Ultra Choice 8?
For use in healthy cattle and sheep as an aid in preventing blackleg caused by Cl. chauvoei; malignant edema caused by Cl. septicum; bacillary hemoglobinuria caused by Cl. haemolyticum; black disease caused by Cl. novyi; gas-gangrene caused by Cl. sordellii; and enterotoxemia and enteritis caused by Cl. perfringens types B, C, and D. Although Cl. perfringens type B is not a significant problem in North America, immunity is provided by the beta toxoid of type C and the epsilon toxoid of type D.

How can I store Ultra Choice 8?
Store at 2°-7°C. Do not freeze. Use entire contents when first opened.
Overview
Give 2 ml SQ, then booster in 4-6 weeks. Repeat dose every 6 months for Redwater for animals subject to re-exposure. Annual booster is recommended.
