What are the side effects of Prozap War Paint Insecticidal Paste, 3.4 oz?
Sensitivities may occur after using any pesticide product for pets. If signs of sensitivity occur, bathe your pet with mild soap and rinse with large amounts of water. If signs continue, consult a veterinarian immediately.
What special precautions are there?
PRECAUTIONS FOR USE :: Do not apply to the hair of a wet animal since the product will not adhere to moist surfaces. War Paint, once applied to the hair of the horse, cannot be wiped off. Therefore, it should not be applied within one to two weeks of an anticipated show or event in which the presence of small amounts of War Paint on the horse’s hair would have an adverse effect on the horse’s appearance. As with any product, certain horses may be sensitive to one of the ingredients in War Paint® and develop some local irritation. If irritation occurs, discontinue use. If irritation persists, consult your veterinarian. PRECAUTIONARY STATEMENTS :: HAZARDS TO HUMANS AND DOMESTIC ANIMALS CAUTION :: Harmful if swallowed or absorbed through the skin. Avoid contact with skin, eyes or clothing. Do not contaminate food or foodstuff. Wash thoroughly with soap after handling. Keep away from children!

How can I store Prozap War Paint Insecticidal Paste, 3.4 oz?
STORAGE: Tightly close cap and store in a dry place (preferably locked). Avoid temperatures over 100°F (i.e. Do not leave product in closed vehicle during summer months).
Overview
FULL BODY FLY CONTROL: Adult horses: For the treatment of pastured horses, it is recommended that a full application of War Paint be applied as a single treatment. This should provide adequate fly control for approximately one week on pastured horses. Apply one (1) gram under each eye, two (2) grams on withers and two (2) grams on each leg below the hock or knee — 12 grams total as a single treatment. DO NOT REPEAT TREATMENT FOR SEVEN (7) DAYS.
