Product Description
Mometamax ® is a combination of gentamicin, mometasone, and clotrimazole. Used to treat inflammation and bacterial infections of the ear. Gentamicin is a broad-spectrum antibiotic, mometasone is a potent steroid with minimal systemic absorption, and clotrimazole has antifungal properties. Dropper bottle includes longer tip for easier administration.

What are the side effects of Mometamax Otic Suspension?
WARNING : The use of these components has been associated with deafness or partial hearing loss in a small number of sensitive dogs (eg, geriatric). The hearing deficit is usually temporary. If hearing or vestibular dysfunction is noted during the course of treatment, discontinue use of Mometamax ® Otic Suspension immediately and flush the ear canal thoroughly with a nonototoxic solution. Mometamax ® Otic Suspension should be discontinued if any hypersensitivity to its components occurs. Do not use in dogs with known tympanic perforation.
