It is formulated using the purified fraction of milk micellar proteins that have proven to highly protect sperm cells. Contains antibiotics (penicillin and gentamycin) and a fungicide (amphotericin B). It efficiently preserves the fertilizing potential of gametes, and thus improves the fertility rate following artificial insemination with frozen semen.

How can I store Inra 96 Equine Semen Extender, 200 ml?
Doses prepared with INRA 96 may be stored for 24 hours at 4*C - 15*C (39* F - 59* F). Fertility of certain stallions improves if stored at 15*C (59*F). INRA 96 may be stored frozen if not used completely, however the manufacturer recommends it only be thawed once. For prolonged storage Inra 96 should be stored at temperatures between 2*C - 8*C (35* F - 46* F)
Overview
Use : Evaluate and dilute the stallion's sperm to a final concentration of 20.10^6 sperm cells per ml. Dose volume should be equal to 10 ml. It is however possible for this exterior to be used at concentrations higher than 200.10^6 sperm cells per dose. Note : Do not sue black rubber syringes (butyl), as they are cytotoxic to the sperm cells.
