EQSTIM is used in the treatment of Equine Respiratory Disease Complex. This horse vaccine has been demonstrated to be effective in increasing the rate of recovery when used in conjunction with antibiotics in the treatment of primary and secondary bacterial and viral infections associated with ERDC.

What are the side effects of EqStim Immunostimulant?
There may be a temporary rise in temperature, tremors, loss of appetite, or sluggishness a few hours after injection. These are signs that the immune system is responding to EqStim.
What special precautions are there?
EQSTIM should not be administered with any steroids. Steroids may suppress the immune system and adversely affect EqStim’s capacity to stimulate an adequate immune response

How can I store EqStim Immunostimulant?
Store at room temperature until first used. Once vial has been opened, store at 2°-7°C (35° - 45°F).

Overview
The recommended dose is 1 mL per 250 lbs of body weight.Inject the proper dose on day 1, day 3 (or 4), and day 7. After each injection, clinical signs should be monitored to evaluate the need for additional injections.
