Dorzolamide 2% generic Trusopt vdrops is used in the eye as a treatment for glaucoma. Contains 2% dorzolamide, a carbonic anhydrase inhibitor, which decreases pressure in the eye. Trusopt May also be used to prevent glaucoma in one eye when it is present in the other.
